Michael Ball Reported in Talks for West End BARNUM; Ashford as Director / Choreographer

The UK's Daily Mail Newspaper is reporting that Michael Ball is in very early talks to star in the upcoming West End Revival of Barnum. Rob Ashford is said to be directing and choreographing the show as well. Produced by Cameron Mackintosh, the show is slated for 2010. (more...)

Paul Romero plays "the Guy" and has worked extensively in regional theatre across the country and on television on programs like Spin City, Law & Order, 100 Centre Street, Chappelle's Show, All My Children, Guiding Light and several late night talk shows. Ashley Puckett Gonzales, who portrays Karol, has many regional credits, including locally at the Jupiter Maltz Theatre as Kathy in "Full Monty," has been seen in the 30th Anniversary national tour of "Annie" and does voice over work for a handful of programs on Cartoon Network. SISTER ACT: The Musical Opens at London Palladium 6/2

Whoopi Goldberg and Stage Entertainment have announced that they will produce the Premiere of SISTER ACT, a divine new musical comedy based on the international hit movie.
